1924 Employment at HAMADA-Smithery as apprentice,
1946 (April) Foundation of the First "TOYOKUNI-Smithery" at Kitataisenji, Kouchi,
1975 (April) Establishment of "TOYOKUNI-Smithery Ltd Company" newly
in the same place, at Kitataisenji, Kouchi,
1982 (October) Move TOYOKUNI-Smithery to new place, Kameiwa,Nangoku-City,
1998 Techinical Distinguished Service Medal in Nangoku-City prize winner, Since 1924, he continued his work as smithery, and 1946 started his ownSmith-factory which was his strong desire.
His speciality of the products was to make "Kuwa", "Kama" and "Nata" and in his age of 70 years, it was important for him to do Tempering-work.
He also began to manage new Knife with logo name of "MASANO" together with his grandson Sei Hamaguchi, and they were widely known around Japanese knife mania in the field of custom knife.
